Sake is brewed rice,water and yeast.  Cheap sake has lots of distilled alcohol added later in the process.

Honjozoshu Sake has a very small amount of added alcohol.

The rice is polished to at least 70%, to remove fats and proteins that can affect the flavor.

The brewery is Kintsukasa Shuzou, in Wakayama, Japan.

Tasting notes on the bottle “Layered vanilla and caramel aromas, light and refreshing undertones, followed by a lingering spicy tail. This dry microbrewery sake makes an excellent complement to any type of cuisine.”
