In addition to the Frontera Pork Chile Verde, Chef Rick Bayless’ Frontera Beef Barbacoa is also currently available in the store.
This meal contains beef slow-cooked with onion and tomato in a mild red chile sauce.
The kit is fully cooked but you do have to heat it up prior to serving.
First, reheat the beef in a nonstick skillet over high heat for about 6 minutes. Then pour the sauce pouch over the beef, stir, and cook for about 2 minutes.
Shred the meat and serve hot with warmed tortillas.
