Kirkland Signature Organic Quinoa

It’s been a while since we’ve done an update on the Kirkland Signature Organic Quinoa.

We need a bag soon and thought this is a good time to check up on what Costco is offering.

The Kirkland version is still available in a 4.5 lb bag.

Even though the packaging states that the quinoa is pre-washed, we still rinsed it with water a few times prior to cooking.

We also started cooking quinoa with brown rice and liked the combo. We used the brown rice setting on the rice cooker and it worked flawlessly.
