    just curious…with not much salt and no preservatives, what attributes give this product such a long shelf life? And, where is the Kirkland Turkey sourced?

      The label in the photo says this one came from Michigan Turkey Producers, Inc. Once meat is cooked and sealed in a sterile environment, there should be little to make it spoil, if it’s kept refrigerated or frozen. These turkey breasts come in a very thick and tightly-sealed plastic wrap.
