Kirkland Signature Parchment Paper

Costco used to carry another brand of parchment paper but about 2 years ago, they came out with their own Kirkland Signature Parchment Paper.

You can use parchment paper in many ways:

– bake and steam chicken, fish, vegetables in parchment paper

– line baking sheets, casseroles or baking pans for easier cleanup

– wrap steaks, burgers, pork chops before freezing

– wrap, freeze and roll out cookie dough in parchment paper

We also use parchment paper when making pizza at home. Roll out the dough on parchment paper and place the entire thing on the pizza stone. After a few minutes, you can pull the parchment paper off the pizza dough easily and let it continue cooking on the pizza stone.

It’s much easier than trying to maneuver the sticky dough from the pizza peel to the stone. Especially when dealing with the really wet and sticky, no-knead doughs.

The Kirkland Signature Parchment Paper is available in a 205 sq ft roll. The paper is 15″ wide.
