A cheaper alternative to the standing rib roast is the Kirkland Signature Seasoned Rack of Pork.
It’s already seasoned so all that’s needed is a few hours in the oven.
Costco provides cooking instructions for the pork on the packaging:
– Preheat oven to 350 F
– Remove plastic wrap and discard the foam tray
– Place the aluminum tray with the rack of pork into the center rack of the oven
– Cook for 18 minutes per pound, approximately 1.5 to 2 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 145 F
– Let rack of pork rest for 15 minutes before serving
The Kirkland Signature Seasoned Rack of Pork is priced at $4.99/lb (same price as last year).
As an example, a 6.80 lb rack of pork costs $33.93.
