We came across  Milton’s Cauliflower Crust Vegetable Pizza in Costco’s freezer section the other day.

As the name implies, the thin and crispy crust is made with cauliflower and the pizza is topped with roasted vegetables such as zucchini, bell peppers, onions and a 3 cheese blend of Mozzarella, Romano and Parmesan.

It’s gluten free and Non-GMO Project Verified.

Cooking instructions: Preheat oven to 425 F. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cheese is golden brown.
