Nordic Ware Quarter Sheets are made of natural aluminum and can be used in a variety of ways.

They are great for the grill or oven and can be used for prepping, baking and serving.

Keep in mind that aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products. These foods may darken, pit or corrode the pan after prolonged use.

Dishwasher use is not recommended as discoloration will occur due to the dishwasher detergents.
