I bought the one on display for 80 bucks. Very nice tree and well worth the money. Of course, I didn’t get the use manual or the replacement bulbs. Can someone please share the user manual with me? Need to find out if all 4 tiers can be separated.

      hi Vidya,
Congrats on scoring the floor model for $80! There’s a customer service number listed on the box. It’s 800-763-6177, Monday to Friday 9 to 5 CST. Maybe you can call them up and ask for the manual?
      Regards,

        Olli,
Thanks for the number. I called them but they don’t have the manual or the replacement bulbs (not that we need any for now). Do you know if the 4 tiers come apart separately? Our top 3 tiers are kind of at an angle over the bottom one and I am just wondering how to fix it. I don’t want to try and stretch the wireframe without knowing what I am doing and break something in the process. Any help is appreciated!

        Vidya Shankar.

          hi Vidya,
I don’t know if the 4 tiers come apart separately but I think they do because on the box, it stated that “assembly is required” (?). The box didn’t seem big enough to hold the entire tree as a whole either. Hopefully someone else who bought this tinsel tree will see this post and answer your question.
          Regards,
          Olli
