We purchased this Pulaski Gibson Glass Display Cabinet, and the glass shelves seem to have some kind of residue on them, or maybe the glass is bad. It has splatchy cloudyness on the glass shelves that does not go away when cleaned with Windex, vinegar or alcohol. Anybody else have this problem? Not sure what we are going to do as it was a big effort to get this almost 300lb item to our home.

Are the glass shelves removable? If so call your Costco and ask if you can swap out the bad glass with glass from another unit. I bought a Bose home theater system not that long ago and only one speaker was bad. They let me bring back one speaker and opened a new system, swapped out the speaker, and damaged out the system they just opened. Also try goof off or goo gone to clean the glass.

We had the same issue. My husband attempted to clean them, but when you look at it in the sunlight, you can barely see the defect. However, in the display, you can clearly see the cloudyness. We too did not want to have to return the heavy item back to the store. I called Costco and we exchanged the glass shelves for the one they had on display and we still had the same issue. I called Pulaski and they are sending me new shelves.
