Kale chips, anyone? Spotted this new Rhythm Food Organic Kale Chips at Costco this past weekend.

These kale chips are made by tossing organic kale with a ranch dressing and then air-crisping them under low heat. Supposedly, that method “maintains the living enzymes and maximizes the nutritional potency”.

I think we all know that kale is a superfood so this is a healthier snack option.
