  • Stacy

But how long will it actually take to cook?

    • Sara Sabol

30 min uncovered at 400 degrees
2 hours and 10 mins at 350 covered
      (check w/thermometer after 2 hours)
so total time for our oven was 2 hours 40 mins

I also need to know how long

  • Little Man

In a 350 degree F oven, a defrosted turkey takes 20 mins per lb. Fresh takes 10-15 mins per lb. Your best bet is to get something like a Chef Alarm from Thermoworks, stick the probe in and program it for your desired temp. That way, there’s no guessing.
