Sign of the times? Walkers now have these Gluten Free Shortbread!

Out of curiosity, we looked up our old post of the  Walkers Premium Shortbread and the ingredients were listed as wheat flour, butter, sugar, wheat starch, and salt.

These gluten free ones are made with a flour blend of rice, potato starch, maize, xanthan gum stabiliser, butter, sugar and salt.
