The 32 Degrees Ladies’ Rain Jacket is inexpensive and supposedly waterproof.

The jacket has a special fabric coating that prevents water from entering the jacket.

But it’s also breathable, with a membrane that allows water vapor and body moisture to pass through.

Other features include a 4-way stretch fabric, sealed seams, lightweight  and UPF 30+ protection.

Sizes S to XL available.
