iRobot Roomba 655 Pet Series Vacuum

There’s a new Roomba at Costco. It’s the iRobot Roomba 655 Pet Series Vacuum.

This new model supposedly cleans better with its patented 3-stage cleaning system, has a larger bin which requires less emptying and a longer battery life.

Here are the features:

– Vacuums on its own using its iAdapt Responsive Navigation Technology

– Self adjusts and works on multiple surfaces including hardwood, carpet, tile, and linoleum.

– Automatically returns its home base after it cleans the room or when the battery runs low

– Dirt detect uses acoustic sensors to detect small particles and focus its cleaning

– Virtual wall keeps Roomba in the rooms you want to clean and out of the ones you don’t

– Can be scheduled to perform up to seven cleaning sessions per week, even when you’re not home

– iRobot XLife Extended Life Battery delivers twice as many cleaning cycles as previous Roomba batteries
