Big Tree Farms Organic Coconut Sugar

Once again, coconut sugar has appeared in the store around July/August timeframe. This year, Costco is offering the Big Tree Farms Organic Coconut Sugar. Last year, the brand was Nutiva, and the year before that it was Madhava.

In past years, coconut sugar is not available year round at Costco. It appears and then disappears after a few months. So, stock up now if this is an item you use and like.

Coconut sugar has a low glycemic index and can be used as a 1 to 1 replacement for cane sugar. It’s granulated just like cane sugar.
