Pit Smoked Brisket Sliders

Spotted a new item at Costco’s prepared foods section yesterday called the Pit Smoked Brisket Sliders.

The tray comes with pit-smoked beef brisket, 9 King’s Hawaiian rolls, coleslaw with coleslaw dressing, and BBQ sauce.
