Azuma Seaweed Salad

We’ve purchased Azuma Gourmet’s Seaweed Salad a few times as it’s quite yummy.

You can find it in the refrigerated section at Costco. It’s great as an appetizer or side dish.

While the salad tastes good, we don’t like the artificial coloring (the seaweed salad is bright green in color) and the other strange ingredients listed e.g Disodium 5′ – Inosinate, etc.

As such, we haven’t bought it in a while.
