The Ballarini Salta Pasta Saute Pan features an interesting Thermopoint technology that lets you know when your pan is hot or cool.

If the sensor is red, it’s hot enough to cook and if it’s green, it’s cool and safe to touch and clean.

The 11″ pan looks like a flat-bottom wok and it has an exclusive Keravis Plus non-stick coating that’s PFOA-free.

It’s made with ultra thick cold-forged aluminum. I was rather surprised by how heavy it was when I picked it up.

It looks and feels like a solid pan and I was really tempted to put one in the cart right away.
