Blount King Crab and Corn Chowder
The Blount King Crab and Corn Chowder is described as a hearty chowder with crab, corn and potatoes in a creamy stock with a splash of white wine and brandy.
It sounded good to us and we bought a pack. We just tasted it earlier today and it’s good.
It’s creamy and flavorful, a bit light on the crab meat but that’s expected, and plenty of corn and potatoes.
The chowder is fully cooked and gluten free.
It’s available in a 2-pack with 2 tubs of 20-oz each.
To serve, pour contents into a saucepan and bring to a simmer of medium heat until temperature reaches 165 F. We opted for this method.
Alternatively, you could pour contents into a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 5-6 minutes until temperature reaches 165 F.
Blount King Crab and Corn Chowder is normally priced at $9.99.
There’s currently a $3 instant rebate which reduces the price to $6.99.
