Bombay Sapphire Gin comes in a beautiful blue bottle and is a Product of England.

Gin is a neutral agricultural-based alcohol, flavored with juniper berries.  London “dry” gin has a specific legal definition, but basically has a limit on the amount of added sugar, and cannot containing coloring, or any other additives besides water.

Instead of boiling the botanicals directly in the spirit to achieve their flavor, the taste of Bombay Sapphire is created through what they call a Vapor Infusion process.

The 10 botanicals used in their gin are held separate from the spirit in perforated copper baskets, and when the heated vapors rise, the distinctive flavor of the botanicals are released and thus, creating a complex aromatic liquid that delivers a broader, more balanced flavor.

The 10 botanicals used are printed on side of the bottle: Juniper Berries, Lemon Peel, Grains of Paradise, Coriander, Cubeb Berries, Orris Root, Almonds, Cassia Bark, Liquorice and Angelica.
