Chinese New Year Glutinous Rice Cakes

Chinese New Year falls on February 19th, 2015 and for the first time, we’ve spotted these Chinese New Year Glutinous Rice Cakes at Costco.

We’ve seen these cakes at Asian grocery stores e.g. Ranch 99, during the Chinese New Year season but never at Costco. So this is a first!

There are 3 glutinous rice cakes in the nicely packaged box that’s ready for gift-giving. One rice cake is original flavor while 2 are red bean.

These glutinous rice cakes are sweet and sticky, kinda like mochi.
