Circulon Roaster With Rack

UPDATE 10/11/14: Spotted the Circulon Roaster With Rack back in the store, priced at $29.99. Item number 383322.

PUBLISHED 10/09/13: We’d like to get a new roasting pan and was happy to see the Circulon Roaster With Rack in the store.

But upon closer inspection, I was not happy about one feature of this pan – the large, fixed, and non-collapsible handles.

I realize that fixed handles make it easier to lift the pan out of the oven. But they take up space and is just not great for storage.

If you’re not space-limited and are OK with the handles, the other features are:

– Non-stick surface

– Large, non-collapsible, cast aluminum handles for easy lifting

– Non-stick rack has flip up handles for easy carrying

– Large enough for 24-lb turkey

– Oven safe to 500 F (260 C)

– Dimensions 18″ x 15″
