Clif Kid Z Bar
School’s out and Costco is carrying more kid-friendly food at the store it seems. There was the Chobani Yogurt Tubes, Clif Kid Z Fruit Ropes and this Clif Kid Z Bar.
The Clif Kid Z Bar is just Clif Bar targeted for kids. While the adult Clif Bars are made with 70% organic ingredients, the Clif Kid Z Bars are 100% organic.
It’s a whole grain energy snack bar with 8 to 11 g whole grains and 2-3 grams of total fiber from oats. It contains 12 vitamins and minerals that are important for kids. It is not gluten-free though.
Here are the good no-no’s:
