Costco Fresh Sushi Rolls

I love to stop by the Costco in Redwood City, CA for one reason – they’ve the Costco Fresh Sushi Rolls that are made daily. We’ve not seen this in other Costco stores around the bay area.

My favorite is the California Roll made with Dungeness Crab – that’s right, real crab, no imitation nonsense here!

The lobster roll is also very good and they also have a smoked salmon roll which we haven’t tried yet.

There are 2 rolls in a box with a total of 16 very generous pieces.

If you’re ever in that area during lunch time, stop by and pick up a box!
