I really like the versatility of the deep saute pan. This Cuisinart version has a Quantanium non-stick interior which is a titanium-reinforced, nonstick cooking surface.

The middle is an aluminum core and the exterior is hard anodized aluminum.

Another great feature is the handle. It is stainless steel so you can place the pan in the oven to finish cooking, if desired. The saute pan is oven safe to 500 F or 260 C.

It also comes with a tempered glass lid that is oven safe to 350 F (276 C).

Capacity is 5.5 Qt (5.2 L).

It is about 12″ diameter and 3″ H.
