Don Miguel Chicken Empanadas

Spotted the Don Miguel Chicken Empanadas in the refrigerated section at Costco.

These empanadas are filled with white meat chicken, pepper jack cheese and jalapeno.

To serve, bake them in a conventional oven for 12-15 minutes at 400 F.  They can also be heated on high in a microwave for 1 minute though it’s probably not the recommended method.

There are 40 empanadas in the 2-pack.

The Don Miguel Chicken Empanadas are normally priced at $9.89.

There’s currently a  $2.40 rebate which reduces the price to $7.49.
