Several years ago, we had to replace our dishwasher and the new one came with samples of Finish Powerball Tabs as well as a small sample bottle of Finish Jet Dry Rinse Agent.
The marketing claim is that using a rinse agent helps eliminate spots and film and this results in cleaner dishes and glasses.
We don’t think this is a “must-use” item. We refill it when we remember to.
Just pour it into your dishwasher’s rinse aid dispenser until the indicator says “full”. The Finish Jet Dry Rinse Agent is automatically released every time your dishwasher runs.
Depending on how often you use your dishwasher, you may have to refill it about once a month.
A bottle is quite affordable at Costco, especially when there’s a coupon for it.
The regular price for a 32 oz Finish Jet Dry at Costco is $10.99 (34.3 cents/oz).
There’s currently a $3.25 instant savings and this lowers the price to $7.74 or 24.2 cents/oz.
