Fra’mani Diestel Whole Brined And Seasoned Turkey

Whole turkeys have arrived at Costco! There are at least 3 options available. One of them is this Fra’mani Diestel Whole Brined and Seasoned Turkey.

Diestel turkeys are range-grown in the Sierra Nevada Foothills of California with:

– No Antibiotics

– No Growth Enhancers

– No Animal By-Products

These turkeys have already been brined and seasoned so they’re oven ready. Giblets are not included.

Cooking instructions are included.

Basically, remove turkey from refrigerator and let stand for 1 hour at room temperature. Cover the breast and wings with foil.

Roast for 1 hour in an oven preheated to 350 F.  Remove foil and reduce heat to 325 F.

Roast for another 2.5 hours or so or until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.

Total cooking time is approximately 12 to 14 minutes per pound of turkey.

Let stand for 15 minutes prior to carving.

You can serve the turkey with Fra’Mani’s Turkey Gravy.
