Frontera Pork Chile Verde
If you’re a fan of Chef Rick Bayless, you might be interested in the Frontera Pork Chile Verde that’s currently available in the store.
The package contains slow-braised pork shoulder that’s been seasoned with garlic and olive oil; roasted onions and poblano; and Frontera tomatillo salsa.
It’s fully cooked but you do have to heat it up.
First, add the seasoned pork to a skillet over high heat and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the vegetables and cook for about 1 minute.
Shred the meat and serve with warmed tortillas topped with the tomatillo salsa.
