Heiwa Shuzou Running Springs Junmai Ginjo Sake

Heiwa Shuzou Running Springs is a brand of Junmai Ginjo Sake, a type of premium Sake.

Sake is brewed rice,water and yeast.  Cheap sake has lots of distilled alcohol added later in the process.  Junmai Ginjo Sake has no added alcohol.

The rice is highly polished rice (at least 60%) to remove fats and proteins that can affect the flavor.

Tasting notes: Fragrances of juicy pears with strawberry accents, soft mellow body followed by a light clean finish. Very balanced, extremely smooth, and equally refreshing. Serve Chilled.
