Hikari Miso Organic White Miso

We’ve been purchasing the Hikari Miso Organic White Miso either at a Japanese or Chinese grocery store. So we were quite surprised when we came across it at Costco in Fremont CA.

This is a Shiro (White) miso. We use it to make miso soup, braised vegetables, marinade for fish, etc. It has a mild but salty flavor.
