We spotted it in the store around the same time last year, then like many products at Costco, it disappeared. But it’s back again so better get it now if this is something you like.

While we’ve never tasted it, I think it must be similar to the salad dressing used at some Japanese restaurants.

The dressing can be used with salads, pasta, veggie dip, slaw mix, and also as a marinade for chicken, fish and meat.
