Kirkland Signature 2012 Pinot Grigio

This is Kirkland Signature’s 2012 Pinot Grigio from the Friuli Grave region in Italy.

Here’s the winemaker’s description of the wine – A fragrant bouquet of crisp apple noted plays off hints of soft fruit. Crisp acidity is followed by a clean, refreshing finish. Brilliant with light courses, it is the perfect match with fish and shellfish. Drink now through 2014.

We’ve tried this wine and I think I prefer the Kirkland Signature 2012 Sauvignon Blanc to the Pinot Grigio as it seemed to have more depth.  Have you tried this wine? What did you think?
