Kirkland Signature Flatbread

New item spotted at the “ready-to-cook” area! It’s the Kirkland Signature Flatbread, available in a 2-pack.

You get 2 different flatbreads, one’s a Pesto Chicken and the other an Italian Sausage.

All you’ve to do is to place the flatbread on a preheated cookie sheet and bake for 11 to 13 minutes. If you’ve a pizza stone, it’ll probably be even better to bake them on there.

We haven’t tried the flatbread yet but will soon. We generally purchase one of Costco’s ready-to-cook items about once a month.

We’ve had Costco’s Ravioli Lasagna, Stuffed Bell Peppers, Calzone, Bulgogi, Pork Tenderloin, Pizza, etc.

They’re all pretty good but generally rather salty, not suitable for those on a low-sodium diet.

The Kirkland Signature Flatbread is priced at $14.99 for the 2-pack.
