Kirkland Signature Lamb

UPDATE 03/24/16: We just checked prices for the Kirkland Signature Lamb and surprisingly, they’re still priced the same after 2.5 years!

The Boneless Leg of Lamb is still priced at $4.99/lb (item#27801),  the Lamb Rib Rack is still priced at $10.99/lb (item# 18499) and the Lamb Loin Chops are still priced at $6.99/lb (item#18030).

 

PUBLISHED 08/31/13: We love lamb and in case you do too, here are the Kirkland Signature Lamb options available in the store.

There are generally 3 options available:

1) Boneless Leg of Lamb – always available, prices may vary but currently at $4.99/lb.

Item number 27801.

2) Frenched Lamb Rack/Lamb Rib Rack – generally available but may sometimes disappear only to reappear later, prices may vary but currently at $10.99/lb.

Item number 18499.

 

 

3) Lamb Loin Chops – not always available but we’ve seen them pretty often this year, prices may vary but currently at $6.99/lb. Item number 18030.

All 3 options are Australian lamb.

We’ve bought and cooked the Boneless Leg of Lamb many times but have yet to venture out and try the other 2 options.
