Easter is this Sunday and if you’re thinking of serving lamb that day, the Kirkland Signature Seasoned Boneless Leg of Lamb might be one easy option.
It’s already seasoned so all you have to do is bake it in the oven.
The cooking instructions are included:
– Preheat oven to 350 degrees
– Remove plastic and place container on the center rack of the oven
– Bake for approximately 1 to 1.5 hours or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees
While it’s not stated in the instructions, I think it’s best to take the package out of the fridge and let it come up to room temperature about an hour or two prior to baking.
I think if we try this, we’ll serve it with tzatziki sauce since Costco’s seasoned meats generally tend to be rather salty.
Costco also has the regular boneless leg of lamb if you want to season it yourself.
And don’t forget, Costco is closed on Easter Sunday (03/27/16).
The Kirkland Signature Seasoned Boneless Leg of Lamb is priced at $5.99/lb.
Most of them were over 4.5 lbs.
Item number 44528.
