The pork belly has been fully cooked via the sous vide method.
But per the cooking instructions printed on the box, it’s suggested that the pork belly should be pan fried, baked or grilled for a few minutes until the internal temperature exceeds 145 F for 15 seconds.
Ingredients listed are pork belly (water, salt, sugar, sodium phosphates, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrate).
