Ling Ling Potstickers

We always have a bag of Ling Ling Potstickers in our freezer. It’s kinda like emergency food for us…for those times when we want something to eat but we’re too lazy to go out or get takeout. It makes a great snack or appetizer as well.

There are 2 varieties available – Pork and Vegetable or Chicken and Vegetable.

Both are equally good, I think.

We generally boil them but you could also microwave or pan-fry them. There’s a dipping sauce included but we actually never use them. We prefer to add soy sauce and some chili sauce instead.
