Maya Kaimal Vindaloo and Coconut Curry

We purchased a pack of the Maya Kaimal Vindaloo and Coconut Curry to try recently.

We’ve only tried the Vindaloo curry and it was yummy. It was slightly spicy and a nice, thick curry.

We sauteed some lamb and tofu and then added the tub of vindaloo curry and simmered.

It was delicious with rice and the mini naan!

You can easily cook the curry with chicken, pork, shrimp, cauliflower, tofu, chickpeas, etc.

We’ll have to try the coconut curry next and if it’s just as good, we’ll probably buy another pack before the rebate runs out.
