Microfiber Dish Drying Mats

We have one of those “The Original” microfiber dish drying mat and it was time to replace it.

Costco carries the Town and Country Microfiber dish drying mats.

They come in a pack of two and are 18″ x 24″. They are slightly larger than The Original, which is about 16″ x 18″.

The 2-pack costs $7.99 while The Original costs about $4.99 each at Bed, Bath and Beyond.

Besides the cost, the other differences  from what we could tell, are:

• the Original is slightly thicker and feels plusher
• the Original has the same color on both sides
• the Town and Country has a different color on each side

The differences were not enough to warrant a separate trip to Bed, Bath and Beyond so we just purchased this at Costco. It’s currently in use in our kitchen.

It’s nice to have a second mat available while one’s in the wash.
