These rice bowls are shelf stable so you can keep them in the pantry until needed.

They are fully cooked and you just have to heat them up in the microwave for 90 seconds.

It’s labeled as “sushi rice” so I think that means they’re short grain rice.

We keep a few of these “emergency rice bowls” in the house for those days when we need rice but either forgot or don’t have the time to cook it. We do hope that Costco will offer a brown rice option soon.
