Deep fried foods taste good but we know they’re bad for us. In recent years, these air fryers like the Nuwave Brio Digital Air Fryer have popped up and claim to be better as they use little or no oil.

Supposedly you can get the same taste and crunch without deep-frying the food.

It does this by combining hot air and high speed air circulation to create “super cyclonic air”, which circulates the food and sears the outside.
