Okami Organic Edamame

We recently bought a box of this Okami Organic Edamame at Costco. They’re fully cooked and ready to eat.

They’re lightly salted with sea salt and I’m happy to report that it’s just right, not too salty.

Edamame is low in fat, high in protein and good source of fiber.

These are also:

– Certified Organic

– Certified Kosher

– No GMO

– No MSG

There are heating instructions on the box but we just eat them straight from the fridge. It’s delicious and quite addictive. It’s hard to stop myself once I start eating them.

Great as an appetizer, snack before exercise, etc.

The only negative is that the soy beans are from China.
