PUBLISHED 07/29/13: The Oral-B Professional Care Advantage Rechargeable Toothbrush is an alternative to the Sonicare. For the Oral-B, the brush head rotates and spins while for the Sonicare, they just vibrate. At least that’s how we understand it.

We currently use this Oral-B toothbrush and it’s actually our 2nd set of Oral-B rechargeable toothbrush.  One disadvantage is that initially, they only need to be charged once a week. Over time, they start to lose their charge easily and will have to be constantly recharged. We had to replace our first set after a few years.

The Oral-B set includes:

-2  handles

– 2 brush heads

– 1 floss action brush head

– 2 travel cases

– 2 chargers

These toothbrushes also have the 30-second timer. They buzz every 30 seconds and there’s a longer buzz at the end of the 2 minutes.

The Oral-B Professional Care Advantage Rechargeable Toothbrush is normally priced at $99.99 but there’s currently a $20 instant savings in July’s coupon book.

This lowers the price to $79.99.

The price tag at Costco seemed to indicate that there’s an additional $15 mail-in rebate available. This needs to be verified with a Costco employee if you’re interested.

But if so, this would reduce the price further to only $64.99.
