Pulmuone Katsuo Udon

For those that love udon noodle soups, the Pulmuone Katsuo Udon set is an easy way to prepare a flavorful meal in just minutes.

Katsuobushi is dried skipjack tuna flakes. It’s sometimes called dried bonito flakes and looks like wood shavings.

You may have seen it used as a topping in okonomiyaki or takoyaki.
