Even though it’s marketed as a sweet potato cracker, the first ingredient listed is actually stone ground yellow corn followed by sweet potato. So, it’s more like tortilla chips with a muted sweet potato flavor. It tastes good and is not very salty nor sweet.

The 3 seeds used are flax seed, black sesame seed, and chia seeds.
