Santa Teresa Gazpacho

Sampled the Santa Teresa Gazpacho at Costco a few days ago.

Unfortunately, it was very salty. I checked the packaging and each 8 oz serving contains 750 mg of sodium?! That seems like way too much to me.

It’s a shame as it’s made of fresh tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers with a vegetable content fo 95.4%. It would make a refreshing drink in this hot weather.

No added water, no bread, no additives of preservatives.

It’s available in a 2-pack of 1 L each.
