Shun Sora 8-Piece Block Set

Spotted this Shun Sora 8-Piece Block Set at the Fremont Costco last week. This could be a great starter set for those interested in Japanese knives.

The Shun Sora line uses a proprietary “Composite Blade technology to combine a VG10 san mai cutting edge with a Japanese 420J stainless steel upper.”

The 8 pieces included in the set are:
