This is actually more than just a skull, it’s a bust with a top hat.  The skull itself has the feeling of a Mardi Gras mask, being white with come very colorful accents.

There’s a color-changing LED in each eye of the skull.  These change colors independently, blue to red to green, highlighting the eyes effectively.

The skull requires 2 AA batteries to operate it, which are not included.  The unit is designed for indoor use only.
